Shipping policy

Once you place an order with Studio Abby, it will take a max of 10 business days for it to be processed.  This timeframe includes the time it takes to make and package your order. 

All items are made to order and after processing time, then your order will ship.

* Business days refer to Monday thru Friday and exclude national holidays.

Tracking and confirmation numbers can be found in your email inbox.  If you have any inquiries about shipping delays, please contact USPS so they can best assist you.  We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders.
